In addition, it engages in the rental and management of own or leased real estate properties; retail sale of clothing, footwear, and accessories; retail sale of jewelry; operation of online stores; and provision of franchise services. VRG S.A. was founded in 1948 and is headquartered in Kraków, Poland.
